A forged class 3000 coupling that joins two lengths of threaded pipe in line. Made to ASME B16.11-2009 from stainless steel 316 with NPT female threads, both ends cut at both ends. Stainless 316 construction makes it suitable for chemical, marine and food service. Pair with stainless mating pipe to avoid galvanic effects. As a pipe coupling in stainless with NPT connections, it pairs cleanly with the rest of the AAP high-pressure range so a complete joint can be built from one supplier.
